Materials and Care Instructions
  • Wool Felt Upper – Use a soft brush to remove any dirt or debris that has accumulated. For heavier dirt build up, spot with a damp cloth and brush gently. Haflinger does not recommend that you apply chemicals or soaps to the wool felt-this could compromise the natural breathability and strength of the felt.
  • Cork Latex Footbed – If you intend to use the Grizzly in inclement weather conditions, Haflinger recommends that you use a cork protectant/sealant on the footbed at least once a year. This will help preserve the natural cork latex from breaking down prematurely.
Shipping and Returns Policy

We ship all online orders via FedEx, USPS, or UPS depending on delivery address. Free shipping is available in the Contiguous United States for orders of $99 or more before any shipping, insurance fees, or taxes. Flat-rate shipping is available for all orders to Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders will ship within 2 business days after your order is placed. Orders ship Monday – Friday. Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
We ship to Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via USPS and Fedex SmartPost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these locations.
We are unable to ship to International addresses and International Freight forwarding addresses or warehouses.

We will gladly accept refunds or exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase with receipt. All merchandise must be returned in original condition and in the original box. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 30 days, a gift card for the return will be issued at the lowest current price.
