- Original BIRKENSTOCK Deep Blue Footbed; anatomically shaped and removable
- Upper: suede. Suede is a split leather with a napped finish. It has a velvety surface and is very soft to the touch. It also boasts a high moisture absorption capacity. Suede is softer and more flexible by nature and does not have the same stability as smooth leather. The stability of suede also varies from hide to hide. This does not constitute a material or production defect.
- Footbed lining: microfiber. Microfibre is a skin-friendly material which is soft and yet tear-resistant. Because they are free of animal products they are used as the covering material for the lining of footbeds in vegan products, among other things.
- Footbed: Polyurethane. Polyurtehane (PU) is a flexible, water- and dirt-repellent synthetic material which makes footwear easy to care for.
- Sole: natural rubber. Because of its high elasticity rubber is very well suited for outsoles. Thanks to this property it supports the natural rolling motion of the foot. Rubber is also very robust and has good cushioning.

We ship all online orders via FedEx, USPS, or UPS depending on delivery address. Free shipping is available in the Contiguous United States for orders of $99 or more before any shipping, insurance fees, or taxes. Flat-rate shipping is available for all orders to Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders will ship within 2 business days after your order is placed. Orders ship Monday – Friday. Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
We ship to Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via USPS and Fedex SmartPost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these locations.

We will gladly accept refunds or exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase with receipt. All merchandise must be returned in original condition and in the original box.
