Step 1: Walk Around and Tell Us Your Foot Story
Every great fit begins with a conversation.
Our Fit Specialists want to know your feet, your life, and your style. What does a normal day look like for you? Are you on your feet all day, or do you need shoes for special occasions? Do you live in sneakers, rely on polished work shoes, or want something that looks stylish and feels supportive?
We also consider how your shoes fit into your wardrobe and personal style. Are you drawn to classic silhouettes, modern designs, or bold statement shoes? By learning about your feet and your fashion preferences, we can recommend options that combine comfort, support, and style so you never have to compromise.
Step 2: We Measure Your Feet
Fit starts with the right measurements.
We use a Brannock device to measure foot length, width, and arch for each foot. Many people are surprised to find they’ve been wearing the wrong size. Getting the right fit is the foundation for comfort and support.
We also use an Aetrex Albert Foot Scanner at every location to capture precise measurements of your foot shape, arch type, and pressure points. With this data, we can handpick shoes and insoles that support natural movement, cushion your steps, and reduce discomfort. The goal is a balance between comfort, performance, and how good you feel wearing them. Supportive shoes can absolutely be stylish, we promise!

Step 3: Try Them On and Walk Around
Walking in the shoes is the best way to know if they fit.
We encourage you to walk around the store, test how the shoes feel in the toes, arch, and heel, and pay attention to comfort and stability. Each shoe and brand fits differently - size is JUST a number.

Finding the right shoe sometimes means making a few small adjustments, and our Fit Specialists can help tailor it to your foot.
