The 10 Seconds 3030 Pressure Relief Insoles with Metatarsal Support are a full-length, cushioned arch support insole. The 10 Seconds Pressure Relief Insoles are recommended for diabetics, arthritis, and other sensitive feet needs. The soft cushion top cover is made with Plastazote and Orange Abzorb cushioned layers, which provides a customized fit with a wear moldable memory foam feel for foot pain relief and reduced friction for blister prevention. Their additional metatarsal support will help relieve and prevent forefoot pain and discomfort. Custom made air flow channels that are built in to the bottom of the insole will help remove warm air, while pulling cool air in, and are trim-to-fit for the perfect length.

Shipping and Returns Policy

We ship all online orders via FedEx, USPS, or UPS depending on delivery address. Free shipping is available in the Contiguous United States for orders of $99 or more before any shipping, insurance fees, or taxes. Flat-rate shipping is available for all orders to Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders will ship within 2 business days after your order is placed. Orders ship Monday – Friday. Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
We ship to Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via USPS and Fedex SmartPost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these locations.
We are unable to ship to International addresses and International Freight forwarding addresses or warehouses.

We will gladly accept refunds or exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase with receipt. All merchandise must be returned in original condition and in the original box. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 30 days, a gift card for the return will be issued at the lowest current price.
