Birkenstock Footbed & Shoe Cleaner
The BIRKENSTOCK® Footbed & Shoe Cleaner helps remove everyday dirt and stains from all materials. To apply: Shake well before use. Prepare a container with lukewarm water. Spray the Cleaner two or three times directly on the damp sponge. Rub in with your hands to form foam and apply to the upper or insole of the shoe. Leave to soak for a short time and then remove the foam with water. Do not hold the shoe under running water; carefully remove any residual foam with the clean sponge. For stubborn stains, soak longer and repeat the process until shoe is clean.

We ship all online orders via FedEx, USPS, or UPS depending on delivery address. Free shipping is available in the Contiguous United States for orders of $99 or more before any shipping, insurance fees, or taxes. Flat-rate shipping is available for all orders to Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders will ship within 2 business days after your order is placed. Orders ship Monday – Friday. Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
We ship to Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via USPS and Fedex SmartPost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these locations.
We are unable to ship to International addresses and International Freight forwarding addresses or warehouses.

We will gladly accept refunds or exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase with receipt. All merchandise must be returned in original condition and in the original box. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 30 days, a gift card for the return will be issued at the lowest current price.
