Materials and Care Instructions
  • For the greatest comfort, Vionic recommends wearing your new footwear for just a few hours for the first few days to allow your feet to adjust to the new level of orthotic comfort and support. Within one to two weeks you should find the product completely comfortable and supportive.
  • To preserve the appearance of your footwear, Vionic recommends that you clean the leather, if needed, using a dry, cotton cloth to wipe away dirt or dust.
  • Keep leather footwear away from direct heat to prevent the leather from drying out. If your shoes become wet, please allow them to dry naturally.
  • Vionic recommends that you test any cleaning product by applying a small amount to a discreet area and allowing it to dry. Do not use cleaners which contain acid or detergents, as they may damage and prematurely age the leather.
Shipping and Returns Policy

We ship all online orders via FedEx, USPS, or UPS depending on delivery address. Free shipping is available in the Contiguous United States for orders of $99 or more before any shipping, insurance fees, or taxes. Flat-rate shipping is available for all orders to Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders will ship within 2 business days after your order is placed. Orders ship Monday – Friday. Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
We ship to Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via USPS and Fedex SmartPost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these locations.
We are unable to ship to International addresses and International Freight forwarding addresses or warehouses.

We will gladly accept refunds or exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase with receipt. All merchandise must be returned in original condition and in the original box. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 30 days, a gift card for the return will be issued at the lowest current price.
