Materials and Care Instructions
  • Remove any caked dirt on your boots with a soft bristled brush or damp cloth, and leave your boots to air dry.
  • Ensure that your boots are away from direct sunlight or any heaters, as they will dry out the leather.
  • Apply leather polish, spray or cream to the leather to help maintain your boots. If you are using a polish for the first time, try it on an inconspicuous area of the boot to check whether it alters the color or appearance. Apply a small amount of leather cleaner to a polishing cloth or brush and rub it onto the shoe in circular motions.
  • Wipe away the residue and again leave to dry.
Shipping and Returns Policy

We ship all online orders via FedEx, USPS, or UPS depending on delivery address. Free shipping is available in the Contiguous United States for orders of $99 or more before any shipping, insurance fees, or taxes. Flat-rate shipping is available for all orders to Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders will ship within 2 business days after your order is placed. Orders ship Monday – Friday. Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
We ship to Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via USPS and Fedex SmartPost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these locations.
We are unable to ship to International addresses and International Freight forwarding addresses or warehouses.

We will gladly accept refunds or exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase with receipt. All merchandise must be returned in original condition and in the original box. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 30 days, a gift card for the return will be issued at the lowest current price.
